Boy am I glad I did! It is not hard to press at all, and you get a perfect cookie every time with just one simple click of the lever.I made a batch of cookies 10 times faster than I could with my old finicky battery operated one.Who needs batteries when you can have this?It is very easy to operate (just follow the directions)!I used my old original cutout cookie recipe (but did not chill the dough), and they came out perfectly with this press.Wilton sure does make an excellent product!
