(More customer reviews)These are really great heavy duty pans that would not look out of place in a professional bakeshop. I think this six inch size is perfect for making a birthday cake, which I did - eight perfect sized pieces of cake, with each layer torted to make a four layer cake - and they baked up quite well with just a small rise in the center.
I got two of these and they look like they should last just about forever, so I hope to use them again and again, maybe on a tiered cake. I am very happy with this purchase.
