Even a simple everday cake mix makes a beautiful cake from this pan and it sparks your creativity to go on and try other cakes that are a little more complicated. Cutting individual slices-either thin or thick-are easy with a cake made from this pan and don't fall apart. It has become a pan I reach for more often than others.
