It comes with EVERYTHING you need.They do sell the rooms separately if you want to redesign it later and what a great price for a 6 room doll house. It does need battereis for the light fixtures and we didn't realize they should be put in BEFORE you decorate it.It didn't take alot of time to assemlbe but I wish we put in those batteries before we put it togehter. My daughter plays with it ALL THE TIME!
