So I set up an exchange with Amazon, and received the second one in the same condition. It truly is a nice and hard-to-find heavy gauge steel product, but if you're buying it to cool off anything liquid (especially a hot liquid item), then you may want to rethink this purchase. You or your counter may get scorched!
