(More customer reviews)I've baked several cakes. I've used three other shape pans by Wilton. I followed all of the directions on how to prepare the pan for cake. I cooled the cake and tried to remove it following the directions that came with this pan. On my first try the top part of the carriage came out just fine, but the wheels stuck. I assumed that I had done something wrong. So I ran to the store and bought a second cake mix. Again I followed all of the directions and was extra careful to prepare the wheels on the cake pan to keep the cake from sticking. However, once again that part of the cake stuck to the pan and the top part came out. So I'm pretty sure it's the pan and not me!
