(More customer reviews)Ordered this to simplify prep of a turkey breast at Thanksgiving.Filling a couple of the spice bags with lemon, onions, carrots, a bay leaf or two put inside/under the turkey, put in the roaster or oven -- presto! you have a super moist turkey breast, with NO MESS.
I am not the greatest cook in the world ( far from it, in fact) but preparing a bird or breast this way is goof proof.You can even wash and re-use the spice bags!Really a nice item.Go for it, you will be happy that you did!
