(More customer reviews)When I received this item, it was broken, like the previous reviewer's experience.However, I did not ask for a replacement but instead requested a refund.The main reason for that is that the candle was obviously old.It was broken in 3 places, and the black had rubbed off of the nose onto the clear plastic part of the package.Maybe a replacement would have been fine, but I was really disappointed that anyone would send a candle that looked that pitiful in the first place.I do not believe it was broken during shipping.It was CRUMBLING in the package...an old candle.
