(More customer reviews)I have put this item through its paces. I cook--a lot. It has been dropped, thrown, baked in the dishwasher, almost baked in the oven (long story), and exposed to the rigors of angry handwashing.
It has come through with flying colors.
As for performance, I can't complain. It makes a nice even line, easily, and the crimped edge is perfect every time.
