(More customer reviews)I would never consider this a toy.We used it as a lighted cake topper on a half sheet cake and it was perfect.You could use it on a 9"x13" cake but it would fill up most of the area(the picture shows the spacing on the 9" x 13" cake well). The topper is a great collectible for trekkies and a fun topper for the younger set. It was great fun as a cake topper.
