(More customer reviews)I am a culinary student and I ordered this DVD to learn about fondant. I found it easy to understand and appreciated learning about the nuts and bolts, why she did things a certain way, etc. Sharon Zambito seemed to be a pleasant woman; I will use it to practice over and over and over. My only minor complaint is that she did not explain how to decorate the fondant covered cakes with accessories--like ribbons, flowers, etc...
