(More customer reviews)I was told meringue powder would thicken frosting without making it pasty and that it was tasteless.this one has citrus in it and adds sweetness which is not what I was looking for.It doesn't make the frosting thicker either.Probably best used for meringue or I was misled in how it could be used. Not sure which one.
